We offer exchange only if:

  • The product is received in damaged or defective condition

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is provided (mandatory for claim)

To be eligible for an exchange, please record a clear unboxing video:

  • Start recording before opening the package

  • Show product clearly along with the defect/damage

  • Video should be unedited and complete
